For athletes ages 8 to 18, regardless of ability level, we have a 90-minute class for you. Ten years of fine tuning have made our class format perfect for skill development. One coach per seven students, 15 minutes of stretching and fundamentals, 30 minutes of running tumbling, 30 minutes of standing tumbling, and 15 minutes of skill based conditioning will leave your young athlete too tired to continue but too excited to leave.
